Directory Watch is a utility program to help keep track of space
used in directories on a network or local disk drive.  It helps by
providing the total space used by all files in a directory and all
files in all subdirectories under the selected target directory.
It also counts the total number of files and subdirectories
involved.

Target directories can be kept in lists and used to generate
reports.  Many different lists can be saved to disk for future or
batch processing.  The help file has all the details.

For your convenience, Directory Watch is marketed as Shareware.

Copies of Directory Watch may be distributed through normal
Shareware channels as long as the files in the archive are
unaltered and included.

To be licensed to use this program, you must register as described
in the help file.  It is a perpetual license for all potential
versions 1.x.  The license begins as soon as your registration fee
is received.  This the easiest and most cost effective way you can
